  Jazzercise has helped me maintain the weight I lost. The music is excellent (the current top 50 hits) and the routines change frequently. The instructors are experienced & keep you motivated. They will answer any questions you may have (before or after class). The instructors also offered a low or high impact version of each the different steps, which make the exercise appropriate for varying levels of fitness. There are an assortment of class times, so you can always find a time fit it into your busy schedule. Come join us and try it!
